This guitar played better than a number of other black acoustic guitars with bigger brand names ( G’s and T’s ) for less money!

The acoustic sound is very good, as good as some acoustic electrics that cost up to $500 more. It has excellent definition with a bright clear tone. The amplified sound with the Baggs pickup system really shines. Very true acoustic tone when plugged in. The neck isn’t too wide, so it can be a comfortable switch from electrics. The onboard tuner is very handy.

I’ve play many black acoustic guitars in this price area and considerably above, and would definitely say this instrument is amazing for the price. If you are looking to for a $2k+ guitar with a $1k budget this should definitely be bought. Breedlove has a great web site and forum too!
